BRXGFF Series Glass/PET Bottle Rinsing / Filling / Screw Capping / ROPP Capping 4-in-1 Monoblock

4-in-1 filling monoblock, combined with rinsing, filling, screw capping and ROPP capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of isobaric filling for carbonated drinks, beer, sparkling water, etc. The machine suits both glass and PET bottles with ROPP cap and screw cap.

Bottle block cylinder is used to prevent the bottle go into the filling equipment during normal running and default .It can be operated manually and automatically. If there is not enough bottle supply, the bottle block cylinder controls the starwheel and reduces the running speed as well.

Rinser

Rinser

Composed by Dispenser, rinsing clamp, rinsing water recycle, there is a fixed rinsing time, the empty bottle was held by a fixed track, rinsing, drying, then reaches the cleaning purpose.

Filler

It’s composed by filling tank, filling valve, control cam, elevated cylinder, and clock cover valve opener and up and down dispenser. When it’s tested there is bottle, the valve opener opens the control pole and then
CO2 opens. When the bottle pressure set the same pressure as tank interior, the main liquid passage opens automatically. The main liquid exhaust CO2, while it returns to the needle whole and air exhaust pipe. When the continuous liquid seal the air pipe, the bottle pressure is higher than the tank pressure. Under the pressure effect, the filling valve stops. After the filling finish, shut up the filling valve and let the CO2 out through the exhaust cam. (Don’t exhaust too fast, otherwise easy to get foam.

Equipped with CIP pipeline, main liquid pipe and air in pipe ensure the filling, cleaning. There is level sensor, safety valve,thermo meter and pressure gauge on the level tank. Clock cover, control pole is also fixed there.

The mixed material is transferred from filling valve to the tank. Filling liquid is controlled by the air return pipe; air return pipe is equipped with the umbrella structure, easier for the material filling. It also adopts the screw joint, easier for dismantle, only change the air pipe length when it needs the level adjustment. Air charge valve pole shut the CO2 return passage.Outer control pole life the charge valve and then opens the air charge/air return passage. Exhaust is preventing the material form making after filling.

ROPP aluminum cap capper

ROPP aluminum cap capper

Aluminum cap capper is composed by gear device , capping device , anti rotate pole and elevated device .The drive is passed through transfer gear to the capper gear , and the elevated pole pass it to the capper.


The up and down movement is done by capping cam .The capping cam stays still, it rotates with the main equipment, and it rotates under the gear ring. Two screw roller and two ant burglary ring roller complete the capping under the capping self rotation. The cam is fixed on the top board .So the cam stands still, when it rotates, the roller on the sleeve rolls along the cam curve while the sleeve moves up and down.

When main shaft and gear rotate under the capping head, while two screw rollers and anti burglary roller complete capping under self rotation. If there is no cap, the safety piston will stop roller mesh. Adjust the nut can adjust the pressure.

Screw Capper


Screw capping machine is most precision part in the monoblock, it has a big influence to the goods stability and defective rate. our screw capping has following feature.


1) Sunswell import of advanced technology of screw capping, improve the stability and reliability of the screw capping machine. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. the power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.


2) In the screw capping part. it installed photoelectrical control , when it has no cap ,or the cap is bad, the machine will stop automatically.


Discharge Starwheel

l Nylon starwheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge bottles.

l Equipped with bottle jam protection device.


Discharge Conveyor

l Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling line to prevent bottles from falling.

l Discharge conveyor is equipped with photocell switch to slow down and stop filling line in case of fallen bottles.


Machine Frame

l The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet.

l Driving system of the 4-in-1 Unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.

l The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.

l The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.


Electrical control system

The electrical cabinet is made of plated carbon steel. From bottle infeed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the 4-in-1 Unit.
